AI & automation
Connect the software you already use. Give your team better tools. Start with one workflow and a clear way to judge whether it works.
Where we can help
Move information between your systems, prepare recurring reports, and reduce manual handoffs. Use AI where interpretation is needed and simpler automation where it is enough.
Extract and check information from documents, build a focused dashboard, or make internal knowledge easier to use. Design review steps for exceptions.
Build agents with the context, tools, and permissions a task needs. Plan for saved work, monitoring, and recovery as part of the implementation.
An assessment, a build, and ongoing support have different deliverables. We agree on the scope, price, and success criteria before each engagement.
Map a workflow, identify constraints, and decide what is worth building. The deliverable is a recommendation and a scoped plan.
Implement a focused workflow or tool. Review it against the agreed criteria, including the cases that need human attention.
Launch approved work with documentation and a handover. Monitoring, maintenance, and further improvements can be scoped separately.
Engineering you can inspect
Rat Things brings durable cloud agents into an AWS account you control. Our current work includes session forks, a native desktop console, and reusable agent skills.
Rat Things is an engineering preview for owner-operated deployments.
Explore the workBefore we start
We start with your existing systems and their capabilities. If a new component is necessary, we explain the tradeoffs and ongoing costs before building.
The price follows the scope. After an initial conversation, you receive a written proposal covering deliverables, assumptions, and costs before work begins.
Ownership, account access, and handover are agreed in the project scope. We build in accounts you control where practical and identify any third-party or open-source licenses.
We agree where data can live, which providers can process it, and what access is required before implementation. The design follows those constraints.
